Jerry; is that your SKS or did she confiscate it as mine did. Apparently coming home with 2 of them entitles her to one? Who Knew?

I think it's still mine?

She dosen't like the Norinco I think it's because the yugo soaks up more of what little recoil there is.

I think Rodger'd be cool with that 7mm :right:

Cool Hey! Don't complain!

That's a family activity! Besides, if the need ever arises...she could back you up!

i stumbled into this post again jer---your wife is left handed, mine is also, do you know how rare it is for left handed women, only a small % of the population is left handed, and a very small% of it is women, yours is the first left handed woman ive met since my wife

Close 7mm

She's right handed cross eye dominant. She was in the Army, they made her shoot with a patch on her eye. BULLsheet! I taught her to shoot left handed. Both kids have the trait, thanks mom!

Daughter was shooting today. I wasn't fighting it, she voluntarily wanted to shoot left handed. Started hitting the cardboard box consistently after that. Son shoots pistol right handed but left eyed. Long guns he shoots lefty.

It's quite challenging when everyone is at the range in my family

Thats a very unusual trait, as a matter of fact ive never even heard of it before, well maybe, I kind of recollect something like that in basic, so shooting right handed she uses her left eye for aim?---confused

Right handed, Left eyed.

Hold your finger to a spot on the wall (at 15~20') with both eyes open. Now close each eye individually. The eye that stays "on target" is your dominant eye.

Shooting right handed, she tries to use her left eye for aiming, not good for form.

Cool Guess I'm odd too!

I'm left handed but, shoot right handed. In fact, i do most everything as a right hander would. The only exception is writing.
Course my handwriting sucks so who could tell. When I was young, I got my hand smacked for writing left handed so, since I was smarter than the average bear, I still wrote left handed but, slanted my letters as a right hander would normally do! A ruler across the knuckles is a good motivator!
