Know what you mean. My family knows if they can't find me that I'm probably on the computer, or something like that.
Didn't grill out today but did yesterday. The weather's been great for cooking out around my part of the country so I can expect to be out there more often sipping on a beer or drinking a little scotch along with turning those burgers.
I wish work would get wireless for the worl laptop. I don't know how many times Iv'e been chewed out by a custome for not getting an e-mail right now. Duh! I work on the road!
I'm still trying to get the boss to approve the switch
I may be buying it myself, no biggie.
Thanks Shaun.
Big union meeting comming up in P town hope they get it toghether.I just got back to work. The economy dosen't look too bad. Alot of my clients rely on big yellow though.
It's a toss up whether I'll have a beer or a glass of Scotch in my hand when I'm grilling. It's usually one or the other.
The next big decision is to guess when the meat's done. Being colorblind, :guitar: I can only tell by the feel of the spatula or tongs if they feel hard enough, which means it's ready to me. Usually I tell my family that the burgers bounced off the floor about right so they must be done. Surprisingly, most of the time they're cooked about right.:right: :cheer:
That's been know to happen here, too, Jerry. Sometimes there's this little piece of choice meat which I take it upon myself to prevent it from falling through the grill onto the burner.
