Romanian Sniper in 308!!!

http://www.interordnance.com/Merchan...Code=SSG97.308

Boy does that look nice. If I knew for sure that they could be converted to hi-cap I'd have a hard time not selling my current 308s to buy it...

Sadly the money isn't here.

Noooooo! I'm loaded with 308, and it's non-corrosive!

I actually wondered if the new "paratrooper" models would make good freakish conversion material, say to a big bore rimmed round.

so far the only cartidge I have looked at for freakish ideas is the 54R rifles thinking of turning an M44 into a Casul Carbine

Wolf 7.62x54 isn't corrosive...$4.99/20

Think I'd rather have it in 7.62x54r also.

I don't have anything close to that kind of money. Instead, I'm working on developing a G3 mag conversion for my Saiga 308. Might even end up with a similar setup. Saigas conveted to thumbhole are frequently called Saiganovs. I'm aiming for a Yugo M90 look though.
