I am officialy a PIG!!!!!!!!!!!!

While waiting at the VA clinic for a print out I wandered over to the scale...digital so no??? about the reading.....stepped my most manly self on the scale......after it creaked...groaned....and the numbers flashed past faster than a gas pumps Price....it finally stopped at 232 POUNDS.....I asked the Nurse if this scale was right....because I said it called me a pig....she looked at the numbers..looked at me...and said..."normally pigs don't get as big as you" .... I said come on ..look at this body....what do you think....could it really be 232 pig pounds.....the nurse told me that when she looks at my stomach she thinks "triplets....he is having triplets"

So now I'm totally depressed and the only good news is that according to the medical records I only gained 2 pounds since last November....but gained 17 pounds from Aug 2002 to Nov 2003.

But I thought I would let you all enjoy just part of my adventure today.

Guess its Tae Bo tapes and Racketball 14 days a week...4 x a day for a long time to come for me

a VA nurse????????? she was nice looking..... but a little to honest for my taste

Of course my hog size self would probly not get to "far" hitting on her.....maybe after a few weeks of rice cakes and racketball when I get down to my Rock hard rotwiler like body self

5'11" and I weigh 286!

Tho at my elephantine high last fall I weighed 351......

I am losing it though and my goal weight is around 235 - 240. I have an 18 inch neck, and about a 52 inch chest, so I am a big dude to begin with....

Check with your doctor, but be sure you get one that is not hung up on those idiotic BMI charts. That stupid thing says at my height, classed as a large frame, that I should weigh about 190! Ya, right!

Also, Blood sugar levels, Lipid Levels (cholesterol), BP, Thyroid function and the like are far more important numbers that just your current weight.

6'5", 220, but about 35 lbs of it is right around my waist and labeled T/A, Petro and, Flying J, (truckstops for all you guys with real jobs!). There's prob. another 5-10 labeled Anheuser Busch, Miller Brewing, etc.

I weighed 180-190 lbs from my freshman year (1980) until 1999 when I started driving for a living.

6' and 310lbs. I'm a large guy but, to be honest, i'm just plain fat!!!!! I remember i felt my best at about 225. But, that was in a galixy long ago and far away.

I'll be honest, i'm just plain fat! That's why the death clock said I should be gone three years ago! Are'nt you guys glad I'm the exception? Just think before you answer!!!! The value of my wisdom and thoughts must be worth something to you guys! Okay, let the Rufus bashing begin!

Those BMI Charts are indioitic they do not take into account bone structure of muscle mass. Neither me or Sniper would ever weigh in appropriately according to those charts unless we were underweight. Espcially Sniper as he is built like a friggin silver back. These are the same charts that say Russel Crow is obese.

5'9" and 202lbs, i have put on almost 20lbs since the car accident in Dec.of 2003.
but with the physical therapy finally starting to do something i should be able to shed it by hunting season, i was only 7lbs away from when i was in the corps. just before the accident. if i can only get strong enought to do anything with my left arm again it should come right off.( I hope ).
