Thumbs up MY newest aquisition

My wife's friend recently got married to a guy that does Military/swat/PD training. He represents many companies and has lots of neat toys. Anyway he moved a bunch of his stuff to the house that they reside in now.

The wife and I run into her friend while on our day off and she is telling me of all the stuff he has to move so I asked if he needed help. I go over to give him a hand with some of the heavy junk and ended up unloading the van with him.

After I am done he hands me some pads and stuff for my boy to use in Karate and yanks out a 37mm launcher used for CS dispersion. Told me that they only made 40 and these had become obsolete and said; "Hear ,add this to your collection!" I am speechless.

It is a SA/DA 37mm laucher designed to shoot CS gas or any other type similar ordanance. Definately the coolest/wierdest thing in my collection now.

I will probably get me some flares to try out in it for kicks.

:flame:

Get on down with your bad self!!! Pull that thing out on an intruder, well bad idea you'd have a big mess on your carpet from the evacuation of his bowels and the trail would be for miles so the cops could at least catch up with him!

Pha, I've had a lot of experience with the same gas gun.

However, we found the firing pin power is not enough to launch explosive grenades like the M79 grenade launcher but the M79 will fire gas grenades but the firing pin punctures the primer.

It is a neat 'weapon' especially if you can find some smoke projectiles.

I've actually seen a few other projectiles at gun shows but be careful if you find any to not fire incindiary projectiles outside.
