Truth be known Joe probably drove by and, with a left hand and finger extended above the roofline, he says,"Ya see this bird flying?"

He he he he.

Seat belt laws are lame if someone is dumb enough not to where one I could care less it doesn't affect my saftey. Its more bogus big brother will take care of you crap. As for the posting bond or going to jail crap for a traffic violation thats unbelievable. I have seen it used as a tatic of intimidation personally though. Yet you guys wonder why so many people hate the police.

I think under 18 should be buckled up. I think over 18 should too. I used to love riding in the back of a truck bed, and still do...but from what I hear..its illegal now.

Driving is a privilege. A seatbelt has been proven to save lives. This is a law, and you have to obey it. If someone is a breadwinner doesn’t wear a seatbelt and dies, the taxpayer usually will have to pay for the loss of the breadwinner. This is now interfering into my rights as a tax paying citizen and the families rights.

I guess that is a liberal outlook though.

I went to Cabela's the last time I was in town. That was amazing.

LL Bean is kinda like Cabela's except there is more than one building.
We also have Kittery Trading Post but that's not nearly as good.

Cabela's blows both out of the water in terms of sheer hugeness. Also, the friendliest gun staff I've ever met in my entire life. Five people asked if they could help me as I looked at all the candy! I almost bought several things out of sheer joy.

I wear mine all the time. Its a law though. Can anyone give me a reason not to wear it and it be legitimate? It does interfere with any rights God given or you might even think you have.

I do think that people who ride motorcycles have to wear a helmet and if they get hit by a car they are pretty much dead...so I could see that argument,

I think a $100 ticket is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. $20 for the license thing is still getting to me. I don't see how they can do that either.

It's about getting out-of-stater's to pay the fine. There is no other way except putting a warrant out to enforce the paying of the ticket.

Either keep the license, which insures you appear or pay the fine right there. Makes sense from a paper stand point. Less paper.

It's not.

I'm losing faith in these boards. They aren't what they used to be.
