smarty should take it he runs well in sloppy conditions and that is all we have had here in NY for the last two months. I say he should take it.

I just like to watch them run. Makes no matter who wins. I can't afford to bet, and would not if i could! I work too hard for my money.

Dad and I were talking of the race yesterday, him saying Smarty was a sure bet to win. I told him with all the hype the little horse was getting, if he didn't win there'll be a lot of PO'd people! Looks like I was right. I still was rooting for the horse.

Didn't get to watch the race because I was traveling last weekend. Who won and what were the odds on the winning horse? Does anyone know what the payoff was for the winner?
