New Army Camo

Well my general opinion of the new army camo is that it looks awful --- Doesn't look like it would be hard to see someone wearing it

Looks too "Urban". The Homies in da hood will love it. Combined with desert boots and woodland camo vest - a definite fashion faux-paux, in my book.

Is the Army trying to go with a "third world" look to blend into those hotspots that the UN keeps getting us embroiled in?

I can't believe the color pattern shown is for a green US/Europe landscape, it has to be some kind of desert/urban pattern. I hope.

Talking

It's probably from the first episode of "Queer Eye for the GI".
"Now we have Seargent Bruce modeling the latest in hi-tech fashion for the trooper on the go! Going to the Officer's Ball, perhaps? Don't drink too much, honey - you've gotta drive the Colonel home later . . . " :insane:

well your right about the velcro collar...but theres another way of looking at it. instead of keeping the critters out id be worried about the velcro collar keeping em in! and unless their made of some kinda space age material can you imagine being deployed in a 140 degree dessert enviroment with a neru collar with velcro closure?! hahaha
