Police are looking for a man involved in a shoot-out with an officer in Southwest San Antonio near Suzette Avenue early Wednesday morning.

San Antonio Police are looking for 25-year-old Martin Aragon. They have been looking for him since early Wednesday morning, when they said he exchanged gunfire with an officer.

Police are looking for:
a latin male in his mid 20s
between 5 ft. 3 in. and 5 ft. 5 in.
weighing between 135 and 140 pounds

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black pants and has tattoos on his arms and back.

Police ask anyone who may have seen the suspect to call police immediately.

Police said the shooting started about 4 a.m. in Southwest San Antonio, near Pinn Road and Old Highway 90. SAPD said an officer spotted a man driving recklessly and tried to pull him over. They said the man finally pulled over near Suzette Avenue, where he pulled out an A-K 47 and pointed it at the officer.

The two then are said to have exchanged gunfire before the man ran off, still carrying his gun. Police did find a trail of blood, but are not sure whether or not the man was shot.

Police blocked off about a four block parameter covering Pinn Road, Suzette Avenue, Orr Drive and Winkle for several hours.

Police said Aragon faces attempted capital murder charges when caught. Reports show he has a previous conviction of manslaughter.

Right before the AWB is set to expire, one of only about 3 crimes ever comitted with an AK 47 is comitted...hmmmmm....and how do we know it was an AK 47, remember the mis identification of a dozen other weapons in shootings....

saw on fox thismorning three guys robbed a bank in washington DC all three had AKS.
