Question More of the same!

Read in the paper that a Syrian national went to a Best Buy and while complaining about a rebate poilcy threatened to blow up the store, well he was arrested and later it was ruled all a misunderstanding and Best Buy is being charged with racial profiling!
I just don't understand it.

What state has given anyone at Best Buy arrest authority?

At best, in some states, Best Buy might have detaining authority but certainly not arrest authority.

So, who ever effected the arrest is the one that called the shot and Best Buy shouldn't have a label as profilers.

Besides, if ANY idiot threatens he's gonna blow something up he's history...good bye........long prison term ahead.

Pizz on the profiling crap.........take his arse off in Peerless brand wrist bracelets............period.

it just goes to show that the application of the PA is selective....not for the problem but, rather to remove our rights, piece by piece. How could anyone misunderstand "I'm going to blow up your store!"? BS, that's all it is. And Rave, yes, you're right, it is more of the same.
