Freaking young punks :)

Just got back from the gym....starting to make progresss....also enjoy watching the boobies jiggle on the stair master Been rideing an exercise bike and regular bike on occasion 10 miles each day.....getting pretty good at it...averageing 15.4MPH....no land speed record but Im getting there.

Welp today I took the traditional 1 bike seperation from some teenage girl (15-16ish) ..put on my head phones and was cruiseing along pretty good.....about 10 min into the work out some 20ish yr old punk kid with 2 ear rings (one in each ear)....hops oon the bike between me and the girl and starts peddeling pretty good....while trying way to oviously to get the girls attention.....kinda hard since shes wearing head phones and sunglasses......but the boy kept trying....would peddle fast make it look like he does works out all the time....put his grim race face on ....and after a few min try to talk to the girl..who could not hear him...or was ignoreing him......now I admit I found myself peddleing a little faster....90-91 rpms vs my normal 80-85....but I felt challanged but the young buck

To make a long story short.....after 10 mins the young punk was fadeing bad....looked like an old lady on the bike...panting and stuff....finaly gave up and left.........after he left the girl was laughing her butt off.

It felt good to out do a young punk

I biked 30 miles today. It was rewarding, but man did my butt hurt at the end of the day. In fact it still does. The trail went by many houses and I saw the occasional bikini girl in the pool.

With earrings, remember left is right, right is wrong, and both means you can never be sure.

And the closest I've come to a piercing has been a high velocity flake of steel in the earlobe.

I usually try to do 2 miles at 110-115 RPMs...takes about 10-15 minutes but I hate sitting on there, so I figure get it done faster and your good to go!

You guys are some fit critters - I go about 4 to 5 beers an hour. Not too fast, not too slow.

That's why I work out on the women's side of the gym.

Thumbs up

You're not giving those guys an even chance to meet you, or for you to meet them. They're not likely to use the women's exercise room to bike, just to meet a lady. You've gotta co-mingle!

But that's when a girl feels the least sexiest. Sweating and smelling isn't my best moment.

A woman exersising appeals to the caveman in all of us...as long as she isn't bench-pressing more then we are!

lol bench pressing would make us big. We're using the smaller weights to help tone us.
