Thats the claim, but nobody made it till years after he was dead. Actually the person all these claims are based around (a single person claims to have seen Hoover in dress) was also dead when the info was released. I think if Hoover was the flaming homo people claim he was there is no way he could have kept his position as head of the FBI for 40 years. The Kennedies wanted him out so bad they could taste it and the little tidbit of info would have been enough to do it - especially back in the 1960s. Nixon wasn't too happy with him either.

As for the two **** buddies pictured above, they probably have to give Al Gore a call when they want something stiff to play with.

J. Edgar Hoover had enough dirt on the Kennedy family to deflect any kind of attack they would mount on him. I think I just made a pun by accident.
In any case, it really doesn't make a difference. He was a pretty creepy guy on some levels regardless of sexual preference.
