Stupid Moives you recently seen???

Ive had a sting of seriously bad movies that Ive picked up from Block Buster veido....Ill list them below....and why....but what are some of the worst movies you have seen???

1. Scary Movie 3.....Starts out great..Pam Anderson and her silacon wiggiling and giggleing for the first 5 min. Then the movie just gets stupid....bad jokes..bad acting...its called a comady...but its not....not scary...not serious.

2. Tourque with Ice Cube....a very bad cross between 2 fast 2 ferious and the matrx. I loved the people jumping from moveing moter cycle to moveing cycle while doing the kung fu kicks at 200MPH and the motercycle chase on top of a moveing train was almost as hokie as the people figthing with motercycles...front wheels use like a foot in a spinning kick...of course the whole crash your bike at 100mph...get up fist fight..shoot out...get back up on the undammaged motercycle was a classic....PS would someone teach people in movies how to shoot...2million shots and you cant hit a single person...try aiming

3. The last samari....forgets the rule ..never bring a knife (sword) to a gun fight.....gee guess who loses.

4. 50 first dates.....dont ask how I got sucked into watching this one....such a chick flick I felt like shaveing my legs and calling myself a pig.

5. Kung Pow (on HBO) change the channel...so freakign stupid that it should be like the rocky horror picture show...shown only at midnight to a small group of die hard fans....the cow scean was funny.

I liked Kung Pow at times.
I agree with you on Scary Movie
50 first dates was for my wife.
The Last Samurai was not so hot.
Torque looked like a dud from the get go so I left it on the shelf

I did see Mystic River (Charlestown, MA representing) and thought it was good.
Spartan (Starring Val Kilmner) was great.
Super Troopers is pretty funny if you're into comedies about Vermont state troopers.
Rushmore is pretty funny
The Limey was great
Henry V with Kenneth Brannagh is an amazing movie.

That's all I can think of now.

1) The Thin Red Line with Nick Nolte and Johnny Travolta. A real yawner of a war movie. The opening scene was so insipid, it set the tone for the rest of the movie.

2) Tigerland - a real dog of a "war movie". Grunts in training, prior to going to VietNam. The young "Hero" is a non-conforming loser who somehow brings ou the best in the other troopers. Lot's of anti-war propaganda in this one.

3) Apocalypse Now Redux - 47 minutes of never seen footage. I had forgotten how danged WEIRD this flick is. I figure the only way to really appreciate it is to watch it while "high". The cast and crew were obviously on something pretty strong when they made this flick.
Best scene - on the beach, asked why they were bothering with this stretch of sand, the Colonel says, "Charley don't surf!" Bwahahahaa!
It sorta tanks after that.
One nice thing - they had my favorite Playmate in it - Cynthia Wood.
Absolute fox! She really did do a USO show in 'Nam.

I went last night and saw the new King Arthur movie. BORING, don't waste your money this is strictly a rental film when all the good titles are gone. They set the tale at the end of Roman rule of Britian. Lousy battle scenes, little blood, so so acting. They make Merlin a Celt (scottish) and a bad guy. This was a European made film and it shows. Go watch Dogdeball instead, stupid but very funny.

NRAJoe, you're incorrigible!

I saw it too, thought it was the new "Dumb and Dumber" sequel.

Who'd like to see a remake of Thelma and Louise - with Janet Reno and Dianne Feinstein starring? They just need to do that final scene . . .

BRG3 forced me to watch Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I mean he really forced me. He'd yell at me if my eyes closed or if I looked away.

I like older movies alot better, you know movies like The Outlaw Josie Wells, Miclintock,The Good The Bad And The Ugly, also I always like to watch the movie Red Dawn. Movies I think we should just plan throw in a fire and roast smores over, are Farenheit 9/11 or Farenhate as NRAJoe would say LOL, and that stupid movie about break dancing or whatever they want to call it.

I liked The Thin Red Line because of the cinematography. It really wasn't a war movie as much as a parable.

The thin red line was pathetic
the men who fought and died on Guadalcanal deserve better than that.
they where trying so hard to have poingnant emotional moments and failed so badly.
the thin red line was the saveing private ryan wind up
every hollywood star that wanted to be in SPR ans could Not went for TRL
what a crock
it was a piggy back movie
so many loved SPR so they went to TRL expecting something simular
what a disappointment.

The wife brought home one last night.......Cabin Fever.

It sucked...simply put.

It's supposedly a horror flick but I say it more humorous than scary.

Five hormone ridden teenagers go to a cabin for a weekend where one couple is always doing the deed and another guy wanting another one of the girls but she just wants to be friends and a sociopathic guy who just likes to be 'counter-fun.'

Anyway...dumb, dumb, dumb!

Another really stupid movie - "Crocodile", a typical "monster eats the teeny-boppers" flick. The one good scene - the grizzled old croc hunter carrying a cut-down .45-70 Trapdoor (10" barrel and no buttstock!) in a belt holster. He gets off a couple shots before . . . well, I don't wanna give away too much.
Just remember, in gator country, don't spare the mosquito spray (and no, it ain't for the bugs . . . )
