Nascar

Who is your favorite driver? I like Junior of course but I like to see some of the older guys win too. Like to see Dale Jarrett do a little better.

Any driver with the first name of Dale can't be all bad, yuck, yuck.

Although I am not a big follower of NASCAR I do watch a race once in a while.

My Dad's side of the family had some 'big' stock car racers in it but I never caught the bug.

Dale Jr. all the way!
I try to watch every race. I'd like to see Jarrett do better too. Guess I like the older guys win against the younger ones.
Ditto on Tony Stewart. Dont like Sterling Marlin either.
Papa G...you ever been to a Nascar race? Its a lot of fun. Nothing like seeing cars going 180 mph, drinking a beer, hearing a 750 hp engine with no mufflers and inhaling the fumes of the burned gas and smoking tires!

SNAKEBITE.....many eons ago i worked for a Security Guard service. one of the jobs sites they had was Atco Dragstrip in NJ. i was chosen for the post of watching the staging area at the starting line for unauthorized people. 12 straight hours in unGodly summer heat, smell of burning rubber, exaust fumes, engine roar(no ear protection). turned me off to car racing.

Well for me, Old Number 3 is still in my thoughts, only one can ever race like that, only one ever has.

Nowdays that Awesome Bill from Dawsonville is out of it there are some I like, Dale Jr heads up the short list along with Kevin Harvick, Terry LaBonte, Mark Martin and a few others.

Mostly it's the ABG club for me.... (anybody BUT Gordon!

Seriously, Jeff is a good driver, a very good driver, but there is just somethng about him.....I dunno.......

Isn't it funny how Dale Earnheart Sr. could spin anyone out and he was a hero, but let Tony Stewart do it and he is an ***hole?

Brenden Gaughan

I have to say my favorite Nascar drivers is Brenden Gaughan, since I am close to his family and have known him since he was born. His father was a big racer and owns the Orleans racing team, along with Coast Resorts Casino's and Hotels. When I was a teenager he used to take me racing with him and I met a lot of famous racers, the Mears gang was out at my dad's ranch and I met the Unser family. One of my all time favorite racers that I know personaly was Walker Evans and Iron man Stewart...they were off roaders.....Walker is just to cool....we even had the same birthdays...LOLLLL I was a thrill seeker in my younger years, and a go fast....speed demon...LOLL I like to watch the Indy ...here is a picture of Bren when he was little boy....when his dad used to race...Lady Di
