This incident took place at a recent ceremony honoring the birthday of the corps, and it has the ACLU up in arms. "These are federal employees," says Lucius Traveler, a spokesman for the ACLU, "on federal property and on federal time. For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately." When asked about the ACLU's charges, Colonel Jack Fessender, speaking for the Commandant of the Corps said (cleaned up a bit), "Screw the ACLU." I know when I wass getting shot at I prayed my Arse off....and I did not see the ACLU standing in front of me to catch a bullet and other wise provide non devine protection  |

ACLU can kiss my arse let one of those panzy mother f.......ers try and tell a Marine to his face he can't bow his head and pray. he'll for sure hand the idiot his head back to him on a plater. tehy are just trying to start another sh** storm over something so they get thier name in the papers around election time.
