Wink President has solutions in Tampa

This morning President Bush was speaking at the Marriott Hotel here in Tampa Florida and he said that any aliens brought into this country for illegal or immoral reasons(usually prostitution)will be allowed to stay as citizens to make up for the hard time they had.
Well, there might be an increase of that vary thing as folks learn that they will get citizenship if they are trafficated into this country for those purposes, some folks really want it bad and that might look attractive to them, especially as they are doing it now with no gaurantees.
That would also mean a few more voters.

Red face

To misquote the Bard, "Aye, that's the rub!"

How to ensure they go onto the tax rolls, and not the Welfare rolls. Once they get "legalized", will they want to keep working those dirty, low paying jobs as before? Methinks they'll be wanting a piece of the welfare pie along with the others enjoying it.
Not an easy solution . . . unless we tighten up our borders. Use the troops we bring back from the sandbox, Germany and Korea. Say, a different battalion each year on duty - call it "extended training deployment".
Those caught over here - put the thrice-danged RFIDs in 'em, and send 'em back. Caught again - they go to prison. Illegal is illegal, after all.

Nah, too logical.

All hog wash during an election year. Tell people what they want to hear in order to secure their vote...then do exactly what you want to do.
