thanks for the reply guy's and hey Steel!! you can do it just take you'er time and do it right.that blue only come's out good if you got 100% of the oil off the gun.take you'er time and it will come out great.

Good thinking Tommy -- Most people have morals and want to kill these types I don't blame you -- if he is in jail the best thing to do at some point is to let the word out at the jail -- they will take care of him for you.

well he ain't in jail and his parents didn't do him anything .bis dad bailed him out after it took the cops 3 weeks to arrest him.now i have to deal with this kid riding his bike in front of my house .or seeing him on the road when i go somewhere.he plead guilty to the crime and now we are just waiting for the court date for sentencing. but in the mean time he is running the roads with a new bike his dad got for him. and get this .... before we found out what happened we never saw his mom or dad outside now me and the wife go walk everyday and low and behold his dad took up bike riding at the same time we walk . little does he know that i'm packin when i walk.and that he is passing right next to a guy with a gun that is pissed.me and the wife are goin to sue the crap out of them because of the way they handled this thing.they are rewarding him kinda for what he did to my son so we figured we'll take every!!!! thing they own. they could have had it alot easier but they just didn't want to disapline thier kid or take responsability for it so now they are goin to pay for it they don't have much but what they do have i'll be sellin a a garage sale soon. thanks for the concern guy's remember the toughest thing you will ever have to do is hold you'er self back from killin somebody that hurt you'er kid. in one way i feel i ain't doin my job of protecting my son because i ain't killed that boy yet. but i do have some good news.........................................

i just saved a bunch of money on my car ins. by switchin to gieco. sorry guy's i had to put alittle humor in hear somewhere's .

Tommy it sounds like you have a good plan ask the DA for a restraining order that keeps the family at least 1000 feet from your family -- that even means when you are walking with the wife they have to maintain the difference if they violate the distance you can have him locked up. The of course work with the civil attorney to go after the suit and hopefully you have a mean one.

thanks guy's ya'll the only one's i got to talk about this crap with. and yes they have a 200 or 300 feet restraining order on the kid right now. the problem with that is my property is 400 feet deep and i live to the back so he is legal on the road. but there is no restraining order on the dad. i am just goin to sue them so they can't afford nuthin i'm gonna take thier trailer if i can and sell it . but my main goal is to get them out of here.

Chain Link Fence. Barb wire at the top, hooked up to the power line, I think it should work. And if he has a bike, put some tacks down. But just watch yourself. Cops will follow the law before feelings.
