| FFL Not Responding To Get Firearms!!! I have an FFL who has received a shippment of two firearms. I know he's received them because the shipping service indicates the FFL signed for them. The FFL received them last Wednesday and since Thursday I have both sent an email message on one day and left a phone message on alternating days. What should a person do if an FFL does not give up the firearms? Call the police???  Thanks for any response/assistance you can provide. |

| My apologies, I was incomplete with the circumstances. I have not paid the FFL, nor have I gone knocking on his door....yet. Maybe a nice Sunday afternoon drive out his direction (does FFL work out of home) would do me some good. Hummm... |

| Senior Member | If you haven't paid him there is no recourse...he can keep 'em if he wants. I'd go to his establishment and find out whats going on...might of had a family emergency.

| Super Moderator    | KC in KC...what part of KC are you from? I'm in the KC northland area...Gladstone...and my FFL dealer is Centerfire in Claycomo. No doubt that when you do make contact with your FFL...and pay the fee...you'll be smiling again. Good luck. :right: Ox
