I checked "Confederate" but that's not quite right ... I don't want the US to be a Confederacy nor a Country but something inbetween ... a hybrid, a federal system of dual sovereignties. I think a better description of my view is "States' Righter".

I would say "constitutionalist", but everybody seems to twist the Constitution to be what they want it to be, so everybody would probably define their political view as constitutional and it becomes meaningless.
