At work, I carry a little Case Stockman so as to not scare the sheeple. Elsewhere, I carry my 4" double-bladed Buck #317 folder. The Buck literally went around the world with me in the Navy.

Always carry my Original Leatherman. It's seen alot of the world.
I also carry a little one handed lockblade (Sharp Eagle) at all times.
I also carry from time to time a 4 inch Buck, and an Old Timer.

Got a nice little switchblade at a show,"Automat Kalashnikov 74,Pohl Design,M Magnum KALS74.
Black alloy handel, screws, adj tension, countersunk button, powered by coil spring.
They come in a box looks lika an AK magazine w/foam fitted lining.
$25.00 and dealers offering $5.00 for the empty box.
Very powerful spring, false edge, literally razor sharp with a needle sharp point. lanyard hole and safety that I glued back as it kept getting in the way.
It is not nearly the quality of the recently made available AK47 knife, but it readily available and a good one for the money, not too fancy to carry either.

Well,I am trying toget a dialog going and keep this site moving, but I am not doing too good a job, guess I'm not a very good motivator.
I have noticed that switchblades are now advertised in almost all knife and even gun magazines, hopefully the interest will grow until the public demands that the stupid anti-switchblade laws are removed from first the federal books and then the remaining states.
Florida now has no law against the owning nor the carrying of switchblades and I think other states will change if the public wants it,but at this time there is not enough interest.
Psychodoright, heh, heh. I kind of like the name and am considering adopting it.

I carry a Swiss Army Cadet. It's thin and light but tough as nails. I have several other bigger knives and multi-tools around if I ever need them. http://www.shoplite.com/victorinox108.htm |

When one hears of an Italian style stiletto size in inches one can figure the handle to be 1 inch longer than the blade, thus a 13" stiletto has a 6" blade.
I have a 15" one displayed over my computer on a small Samari stand.
It has a bayonet type blade, black horn grip and the remainder is polished stainless steel.I got it direct from Italy and it is nice.
The smaller ones are a lot slimmer and lighter, this one weighs four more ounces than a 13" model.
I like my switchblades!

I used to have a Cold Steel Vaquero Grande. I really liked that knife, but I sold it to a friend. I bought a Kershaw Vapor to replace it. It's a good knife, but I can't seem to get a nice edge on it. I've also got a Buck lockback that was my grandfather's.

Oh it does, but it's heavy, so I don't carry it everyday.

Buck does make knives that are light weight, but have the same quality blades,I,myself prefer the nickle-silver frame, harder to find, but very attractive and don't corrode like the brass.

Hi LD. You can probably get all the info you need by going to Buck knives and going from there.
Most of the Buck auto knives are offered in brass or nickle-silver,the price being about the same.
As far as conventional Bucks go I got a commerative 110 at Smoky Mountain Knife Works,it is the full size 110 with gray wood and a polished nickle-silver frame,it also has a logo saying Buck Knives 1902-2002.
I added a one -armed bandit button to make it a one hand opener.
If you need more info I will try to find it.
Respectfully,Rave
