I just installed a new Tasco Red Dot Sight into my M4.
I was browsing around Kmart and notice this little sight alone in the crystal box, the one locked from the people, so I got someone to open it and grab the lonely thing.
Now sits on top of the M4 and looks like it came almost zeroed, I'll make sure of this next thursday.
I'll take a pic and post it here for you to see, it looks gorgeous and I can use the sight in anything from a pistol to a S/G.
I put one of Wally World's BSA Red Dot sights on my High-Point, and it works great! I'm going to get one for the Bushpup too. Might try it on the CETME, as a field sight alternative.

do you know where I can get a scope mount for the CETME at a good price
Shaun, that mount from the Tickbite site looks mighty nice! A lot of guys over on the Gunboards CETME/FR8 forum like the mount from B-Square.
Just stay away from those cheapy Japanese Airsoft mounts - they are pellet-gun spec, not for real guns!
Tapco's Low-mount has it's fans too.
Me, I'm a cheap SOB - a Weaver rail from Wally World and a package of JB Weld. Don't laugh - it's held up thru about four hundred rounds now!
Thankyou, Paul Harvey!
I really like my red dot scope. Its mounted on my Ruger Mark II KMK 512 Target Pistol.
Very accurate .....but makes the pistol look like something out of Star Wars.
Ox,
Tell me about the XD. Been thinking about getting one, but wanted to talk to someone who had one first. What do you like about it-dislike?
Thanks. -UR

UR...it's very light...with the plastic frame, easy to focus on spot when aiming, holds 10 rds, nice grip...but small, and just about right for what I wanted as a CCW. I bought the Sub Compact model.
Figured...why not add all the bells and whistles to it by buying the red dot laser attachment. The rail is made for the attachment so shouldn't be hard to hook up. Then gotta go check out it's accuracy.
