Marks the first day of Hunting season (Deer) in TN -- Just to let you guys know if you don't see me this is my favorite time of year and I spend all my free time out in the stand

Season ends Jan 9th 2005 :lucky: :nod:

yes you do colt my unit this year 144 deer (3 Bucks, 141 Doe's)

i never hunt the first season here...too many ticks chiggers and copperheads. around here most people wait till the first freeze. plus it will get the ticks off the deer too! i really loathe ticks! yuck!

WW - I carry my 357 with snake shot in it -- 7mm its Sharp Stick season right now and I have a basic entry level Bear Compound bow with 100 gr muzzy;s

Shaun...I'm trying to visualize a freezer large enough to hold 144 deer...and the amount of time necessary to butcher them.

BTW...good luck! When you get one...tell us the complete story about how it was stalked and punctured with your arrow. :right:

man ya got me beet hands down, i been hunting deer since i was 16 and to date i have 46 mostly doe. if memeory serves i think its around 9 bucks.
how many can you get on one season?
we are only allowed a max of 4 with all the seasons, bow, regular, second bow, and blackpowder.
i only hunt the regular season anymore. so i can only get two unless i get lucky and pick up a second doe tag on the late draw.

I am an amatuer with a bow -- I'll keep trying though I might just stick one yet Muzzleblaster season comes in the first weekend of Nov.

Ox I have a 17 CuFt. freezer and 5 whitetails in it still make it look empty -- my best year yet has been 5 this season has just started.
