but it's been over three years and still no sign of Osama.
If he ain't dead, he's gotta be scared. Doubt you'll ever see him again, if he did'nt get bombed into fine paste he's probably gonna hide out the rest of his life looking over his shoulder. Osama might be missing, but his organization is pretty much reduced to nothing. I know this did'nt end terrorism against the U.S., but it did make an impact. The real terrorist threat is this so-called "homeland security" that both candidates spew forth as our mordern day savior. Citizens die in terror raids, but nations fall under tyranny.

Lenny if you become a cop and someone tells you that their husband was beating on them and you arrest the man, fill out the paperwork and lock him up for the night only to find out that she started the fight by knocking him over the head with a rolling pin; DID YOU LIE ON YOUR PAPERWORK or did you go by what your initial findings were.

Bush only lied if he KNEW the info he had was FALSE. If he didn't know it was false then he didn't lie. He just acted on bad information. Come on you know the difference.

O.K. you've reduced this to semantics. If Bush makes the decision to go to war, he must do so with the utmost certainty that the information he has is reliable (do you remember when he promised us that he had proof? I do). So from now on the president can just say, "it wasn't my fault. it was (fill in information provider) fault". Great! So now the president is no longer responsible for anything he does. You should send this information to who ever wins the election. It will make their life much easier.

who can state with any certainty that the wmd arent still there? how many years has saddam had to hide this stuff. given the time and his resources that is a lot of time to hide things. unfortunately i cant back this up with fact but i remember hearing that once saddam had a bunker or something like that built that was to remain a secret he would have all the workers killed to maintain the secrecy. only those who had to know, did. no loose ends. can anyone confirm this, or was this a load of crap?

Saddam may very well still have WMDs

Oh wait WE have Saddam

It is very probable that there may still be WMD's
it is impossible to prove that they are not there even now.
sitting in waiting for a big push or possibly just waiting to be discovered.
there is wayy to much evidence that there where WMD's
thats the point though isnt it.
So how many WMD's have to be found before the Anti American Americans will admit that there where WMD's In Iraq?
1?
5?
100?
10,000?
There is no number that they will accept.
just like Bushes National guard Service
there is no proof that they will accept that un does thier argument.

the WMD question is drummed up by the god dang Hippie war protesters
they need some thing to attack GWB with
there has never been a more nonsensical argument,
and millions have bought it hook line and sinker.
I think the primal fear the Anti American Americans have is that we will Do the obvious.
secure Iraq secure Afganistan and close the pincers on the big festering sore.
IRAN.
The peace nicks shudder at the very idea.
and if we do that (the next logical step) then pushing west through Syria would be easy
this would require a real war effort.
Real numbers in resources (including human)

the Democrats have gone for broke this year
it seems obvious to me that they are going to loose big
If that happens and the repubs are able to truly control the congress (not like today)
then we may see the government actually work for a while.
a bunch of stupid stuff will get repealed and we will move forward to victory.
The Democrats will do anything to stop this up to and including undermining our electorial process.
They dont care, its victory over the republicans or Death to America
it seems that the traditions and customs (which are gentlemens agreements) mean nothing to them.
Clinton taking pot shots at Bush
Clintons staff leaving the white house in a vandalized state as they left
Kerry campagning during the repub convention.
all the back stabbing and retorical arguments that have no meat on them.
There has been more pure fluff arguments this year than ever before.
If it where not for George Soros spending his Billions in a go for broke push,
Kerry would not be even close to competing
