Upgrade went well - Phase One done!

Bigdog be cookin' with gas!

I got the two 128MB memory cards today that I ordered Wednesday. FedEx tried to deliver at home, but I had to drive out there and pick it up after work.
Whoowee - from 32MB to 256MB! Nice!
Next month, I'll order an 80Meg hard drive, and that'll just about max out this little machine. Only two memory slots, and the 256MB is the max it'll take. Only way to go up will be a new 'puter.
Tomorrow, my buddy will come over after our range time to install MS Office - that'll make me compatible with the office computer. My machine has some crappy office-ware from Sun Microsystems now.
"Star Office" - garbage.

Boy, things are running much faster now. I can finally get full performance from my DSL hookup.

Tomorrow, I'll load the software for my Three-In-One Printer/Copier/Scanner. I couldn't run it before. I can load some newer games too. Wow, I'm jazzed!

I'm not laughing. Really I'm not! Glad it went well but 32 MB? Isnt that the equivalant of a filing system of the 1880's?
I dont know squat about computers but mine has 256MB and when I run a computer checkup it tells me I need more! It still works so I ignore it.
