Schwarzenegger Calls Democratic Lawmakers 'Losers'

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has referred to leaders of the Legislature's Democratic majority as "losers."

During the budget fight last summer, the governor put down Democrats as "girlie men." This time he was asked whether he'd listen to proposals from Democratic leaders to increase taxes to solve the state's continuing fiscal problems.

Replied the governor: "Why would I listen to losers?"

He said Democrats and "big spenders" had lost ballot measures in the San Francisco area and in Los Angeles, adding, "People don't want to be taxed."

Even before he concluded his remarks, Schwarzenegger attempted to recast his jeer to be aimed only at the idea of raising taxes -- not at Democrats themselves. The governor's spokeswoman also offered the same clarification.

there is so much ,"slight of hand" with state money it stopped being funny a long time ago.
like haveing a county budget that has money in it for public ugly modern art pieces
lesbian women shelters with Day care
homeless coat and shoe giveaways,
and then the voters have to approve of special tax levies to have the money for Fire and Ambulance service.

Its bull chit
thats only one example.
