I have recently acquired a Savage pump action .22 with a clip and an full octagon barrel. It appears to be older (and have had a number of friends comment to that affect) but in quite good condition.

Does anyone have any information/ could you shed some light on where I could find out some more info?

sounds like a Model 7 but I can't find much on it
