Does anyone know who processes cases? Tumble, prime, de-crimp etc....

Have you considered doing it yourself? I got a Lee Progressive press wit .45 dies for under 200. Made a tumbler out of an ice cream machine. I bought the Lyman walnut shells with rouge for $17, but I could have bypassesd that purchase, since walmart sells corncob : 615 cubic inches for $2.97. The key seems to be how much fun you have doing it.
