The waiting is the hardest part

I was looking through the sunday paper and ran across the dunhams ad. Yugo m59/66 129.99 !!, I had to have one but expected quality to be on the low side. Boy was I wrong, the thing looks like new! The rifling looks so crisp that if you could run your finger on the inside of the barrel you would draw blood. Now I am stuck pacing around the house because the backround check got pushed to two days! But at least I got mine before the treehuggers get their way. I live in wisconsin and figured that I should get one before they are banned becaause of one mental hunter who just so happened to use an sks. It's funny how that gun grew legs and chased down those hunters..............oh wait, GUNS DON'T HAVE LEGS!!!!! People that don't listen to reason make me sick to my somach. I think they would have thought of this but crimminals don't register their guns. But hey as long as all the known guns are gone they'll sleep better at night. What about the store clerk that turned in his gun and got shot while they slept so well. I wish the liberals on the news would show a couple where the store clerk came out on top in a bad situation. I wish they would see that honest gun owners keep a balance in this country like yin and yan, good keeping evil at bay. Sorry for my rant people like that hunter and liberals combined and I start to tear my hair out.

Uh oh! Joe, that M39 only holds five! I'll take that inefficient low-cap rifle off your hands . . . say a C-note?

Nah, I think of the SKS as a "vintage" type of battle rifle - the ten-round mag is part of it's charm. And if ya don't hit it in ten shots, you're dead anyway.
Since I mostly shoot from a bench, the smaller mag is more convenient anyway. The "banana clip" just gets in the way!
