M1/Early Production Problem

Hi all,
There is a "picture" list of M1 Production that give us a good look at production. The file states that there is a problem with the Trigger Housing Group the year is 1939. The quiz is what was the problem with the Trigger Housing Group coming off the production line?
I hope that all of you have a Happy Holiday Season.

Hi all,
This report is dated Feb. 10, 1939. The problem was interference between the trigger and the trigger guard. The problem was fixed by trigger shorten by .030.
I hope that all of you have a Happy Holiday Season.
