Copper Mining Anyone?

Does anyone own, or have used an Outers Foul-out system? Is it worth it? Does it work as advertised?

Thanks

Appreciate that, I've just passed over 400 patches through the bore of a recently aquired Safari, and I'm still getting copper. The previous owner must never have heard of copper fouling. I wanted an experienced opinion before I forked out $150 on a gadget.
