ok, when ya gonna get a gun to fit them???.

love them numbers seems nothing can get out with out a load of stock/part/catalog numbers assigned.

Yep, in Uncle's service, you don't order anything without the friggen NSN!
I used to have a bunch of them memorized for my UHF radio modules.

They even have National Stock Numbers for Motor Whaleboats, Gun Turrets, Harley Davidson motorcycles . . .

We wanted to order some bikes once and start our own MC Club - the Captain wouldn't sign off on it . . .

The numbers are on PC's now - we had to look 'em up on the silly Micro-fiche machine. That thing gave us headaches.

Sometimes the numbers got messed up. A buddy ordered an electronic tube - he received a water-tight door! He re-ordered and got a Huey helicopter window. I ain't joking! Stop laughing, NRAJoe! :insane:

what is the difference in a mil-spec mag and one you can get anywhere else. is it the green follower or what?
