Thumbs up Fun little geography game.

Got kids? How well do they know the US states? How well do you?

Here's a neat little "Place the States" game. Just left-click on the state cutout, drag it to where it fits, then let go - it'll tell you how far off you are - then reposition it. It'll then give you the next state. See how fast you can complete it, and see what your miles error is.

dang - this was harder that I thought. Got the coasts right but the midwest & the south was another deal placed it in the general vicinity but the first few midwestern states are a bit hard without an adjacent state for reference. very nice!

Now that was a fun test. I found that if the state's profile wasn't placed exactly on the exact spot it was counted as a miss. Regardless...here's my results for the first time it was tried:

Score---84%
Avg Error---33 miles
Time---518 seconds
42 perfect out of 50 turns

I heard wash state is not too bad - "shall issue" CCW over there :right: too close to Canada though :insane: (j/k - I've been to Vancouver a few times & its a nice city) - but I'm not moving at least in the near future..

although it looks like I'm moving to France for the summer :insane: (I'm getting visions of french farmers chasing after me with pitch forks :insane: )

Gunssb - just stay out of the truffle woods. Those french pigs take their truffles seriously! Hehehe. I'm betting the frogs pick more "Silly Sybens" than truffles anyway. :insane:
