What calibers does Federal make Hydrashoks in?

Since that's my choice for CCW ammo, I was wondering what round sthey're available in. So far I know of 40 S&W, 9mm, 45 ACP, 32 ACP, 357 Rem Mag, and 380 ACP. Any others, particularly 44 Rem Mag?

I was thinking it would be sweet to have a levergun that could use the Hydrashoks for home defense and hunting loads in the field. Not sure I'd hunt with a 357, but sure would with a 44. A pump would be sweet too, but no one makes those

Just checked and yes they do come in 44 Rem Mag, as well as 10mm and 38 Special. Why they don't have a 44 Special load I don't know. If only they took mil surps seriously enough to do a 7.62x25 and 9x18 Makarov load.

yup - they got it in 44M.
go to http://www.federalcartridge.com/default.asp?menu=1&s1=1
and do a search for caliber/type of use

I have a lever action carbine in 44M but looking for a (used/affordable) handgun. The only semi out there is the DE :insane:

Ammoman.com has Hydra-Shok in .44 Mag 240gr @ $17/20
I believe that they would make a realistic hunting round in a carbine.

Dorks.

I continue to be amazed at their hydrashok sabot slug offering. Perhaps I sold my 20ga Saiga too quickly. Still have a single shot one though. They make 'em in 12ga?

Come on up this weekend, I'll pick up some mellons to shoot. Maybe even a white teddy bear stuffed with blood capsuls (ha,ha,ha...)

12 Gauge Hydras? Now DAT's what I'm talkin about! I guess I'll be needin some-a-those!

I wish they would make slugs that look like pistol cartridges - metal case with the projectile crimped in the front, that would be cool!

There are metal case "shotgun" black powder blanks for signal cannons, and there were metal case military shotgun rounds. I've just never seen any "modern" metal case rounds?
