New Folder stock for Mini and 10-22

Found it in Cheaperthandirt catalog, and can't tell who makes it. Butt looks like a Choate, grip looks like a Black Warrior, knob looks like an ATI.

Any clue who makes it or if it's any good?

It doth look like a ramline to me. Used ramline for years with 10/22.
they're well made, but still plastic.

Cheaper than dirt gets a 5 star reliability rating from me.

I see the similarities, still the forend is very different as is the stock shape. I'll check Ramline's site, as this stock isn't featured on Choate's or ATI's site.
