Help rugged find mini 30 mags

Everyplace I try and order 10 round magazines from trys to send me triple K mags which I already have 3 of that don't work.

does anyone know of a brand that does work and where to get them?

mind you only 10 rounds. that's all we vicious californians can be trusted with.

Have you tried taking yourself to a nevade gun show -- remember they have to prove you imported the mags you can always say you had them long ago

Midwayusa has 10-round ProMags for the Mini-30.

CDNN has 10-round mags for the Mini-30 by USA Magazines.

Caveat: I have never tried either of these companies' mags.

thanks shoomac. Ill try one of each and let people know.

Shaun,
I have tried buying mags in a store in nevada. The guy looked at me kinda sideways and asked for my ID. I showed him and he explained that it's just like drug smuggling if you get caught.

If I get in ANY trouble AT all, even if it's something where the charges are dropped, it will screw me up with the CA state BAR and law school will have been for naught.

I do accept donations from out of state friends though

nice work guys. those pro mags at midway are 9 dollars less than on the pro mag site.
also Shaun, thanks for the rep report on cdnn.

I'll try one of each and see what works.

I had 4 triple k mags this weekend and NONE worked. they would try and feed the second round and expell the firts one in a reverse stovepipe. I had to use a 5rd all weekend.

on the day of this topic, the 19th I ordered 2 of the usa mags from cdnn. regular delivery.

THey got here today. 3 days.

the mags look of VERY high quality for the price, they are twice as long as the triple K mags, and the spring is a little softer. cant wait to get home and cycle some snap caps.

jk I dont use snap caps, i use live rounds
