Well, that's certainly, um *cough* humanitarian.
Actually, it's about time the fed's footed the bill
(states have been burdened long enough).
This is sure to make border security a more urgent issue.

and just where do you think the Feds got the money??? US!!!

i can think of better ways to use 1 billion dollars, like keeping the illegals out in the first place!!!

it's about time they started bucking up, ElDubya isn't going to do a dang thing about all of his buddies cheap labor. As long as they work for 5 bucks an hour compared to my 13 or 14 they are going to get across without fear of arrest and find all the jobs they want. They are not jobs "that we won't do" they are jobs that have been under cut by criminal employers and given to criminal employees. ElDubya likes the situation just as it is - except for having to fork over money to pay for thier healthcare.

I still say ammo is cheaper when they learn they will get shot by crossing at the wrong point then we won't need to hospitalize them just leave them for the coyote

I would think that it would provide incentive for more to come over.fed won't do anythink to deter them,must want that vote really bad or is too PC to try anythig,same result either way,S.O.S.!
