A 21-year-old man accused of exchanging cigarettes for sex acts with two 11-year-old girls in Monroe, Mich., is facing several charges.
John Dotson was arraigned on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to Michigan State Police in Monroe. Police began their investigation of Dotson after two mothers in Frenchtown Villa filed a complaint that their 11-year-old daughters voluntarily performed oral sex on Dotson for a cigarette, police said.
Police said further investigation revealed that Dotson had numeral sexual relationships with girls under the age of 16. The minors consented to sexual intercourse; however, the age of consent is 16 years old under Michigan law, police said.
Investigators believe Dotson and other male suspects, who were not identified, supplied the girls with alcohol and various drugs, including marijuana, cocaine, opium and prescription painkillers. Police said the girls may have been intoxicated when they consented to having sex with Dotson.
The sex acts occurred at Dotson's residence and another residence in Frenchtown Villa, police said.
Police said Dotson has admitted to having sex with numerous underage girls.
Dotson is being held at the Monroe County Jail. His bond was set at $100,000, according to police. He could face up to life in prison if convicted of the first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges, police said.

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. -- A pregnant drug addict made a deal with an undercover detective to sell her baby for $5,000, authorities said.
Heather Betz, 29, was living at a motel when the co-owner of a pizza parlor across the street heard that she was offering to sell the baby due late this month. Bryan Farrow approached her and made a pitch.
"When I told her I had a lot of money, and I'd be able to buy it, her eyes lit up," Farrow said. He isn't married but told the woman that his wife couldn't have children and they wanted a baby. "I told her I wanted to speak with my wife overnight, and I would come back in the morning and see her."
He went to police instead. They brought in a Pasco County sheriff's detective to pose as Farrow's grandfather and chief negotiator.
"We put something together real quick, made contact and made a deal basically to purchase the baby," said police Detective Randy Murphy.
The undercover officer negotiated the purchase price, paid a $500 down payment and made the arrest Tuesday. Betz has been charged with illegal sale of a fetus and is being held without bond for allegedly violating probation imposed in February on cocaine and bad check charges.
A 20-year-old man at the motel during her arrest also was taken into custody. Derrick Belanger faces probation violation warrants.
Betz had an agreement with a Largo adoption agency and had been receiving money from a prospective parent, Murphy said.
"Something happened, and she was cut off. So out of desperation, she decided to sell her baby," he said.

As a few of you may know, I have recently become involved with predator hunting. The main reason is so I have lots of taxidermy around the house. I've found that taxidermy keeps boys honest.
Something you all have missed. The parents.
If your kid is performing oral acts for cigarettes, meth, beer, wtfever, and you DON'T know? what does that say about your skills as a parent.
I remember a couple of years ago a parent dropped of his kid who couldnt swim at a pool party and then left. The kid drowned, died, and the owner of the house was sued. I posted somewhere that the parents should be prosecuted for child endangerment / manslaughter, for dropping off a non swimmer, IN SWIMMING CLOTHES WITH TOWEL at a pool party.
Not many agreed with me.
I still believe I'm right. If your negligence causes harm to your child you should go to jail. Mom's who dont know where their daughters are, and then they find out later they're turning tricks for dope, need to have their kids taken.

there was this couple, who acidentally ran over their baby when they backed over her in their monstrous SUV, then sued the car company for selling them a car without special rear view cameras for backing up. even though they were the ones that bought that particular model, and there was another model available eqipped with this camer that they chose not to buy in favor of the one without a camera.
it kinda makes you wonder, would they really had used that camera if they had it?
stupidity is the leading cause of death in this country.
