Thurl Ravenscroft dead at 91

you may not know the name but for 50 years he affected and influenced us. an accompished singer. he supplied his voice to numerous Disney animated films.

but he is most famous as the voice of Kellogs "Tony the Tiger". a role he played for 50 years before retiring. he served in WWII in the Air Transport Command as a civilian navigator.

he was grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!!!

I read somewhere that he also sang the "You're a Mean One" song in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". RIP.
