For those who caught last night's season finale of NCIS an Al Queda operative was hunting down Gibbs.

In the final moments the operative takes a sniper shot to Kate's head...she falls over...end of show.

Now the question...was the sniper scene just another bad dream Kate had and she'll be bak next season (she had one earlier in the show where DiNozzo was shot and killed) or was she actually writen off the show?

What's the guesses?

My thought is....bad nightmare....she'll be back.

Naw she's gone. She quit the show and the writers rewrote the season ender to comply. Its too bad, she wasn't bad on the eyes. I hope they don't do the same thing to Kate on Lost tonight, now she's hot

Katlynn is dead, why the actress quit, money, bored with the show whatever. the writers can do the bad dream thing, she miracously survives the shot, her twin sister joins in order to get the shooter that killed her twin sister.

Didn't know she had quit the show. Oh well.

The promos for the show had mentioned that one would not survive the show and had I known she had quit I could've snow balled wifey pooh and made it look like I'm smart and had figured out who it was as the show went on.

Now...I have to still look dumb as usual. LOL
