Purchase Update

Well guys I thought I would share the good news I made an offer on the plane today ..

I received the prepurchase inspection info back yesterday and took plenty of time in evaluating the information with the help of some mechanics.

I made an offer today and pending a complete repair of all the issues we have agreed on 52K - 11K under low blue book

My entire property, house included, is valued by the Property Appraiser's office at about $52000. Of course, I live in a Double-wide, so it's not a 'real' house. Just call me Hurricane Bait.
