13 police officers disciplined

Remember the shooting in CA (?) where officers fired 90+ rounds into a white SUV because a suspect wouldn't stop?

Well 13 have been disciplined with one recieving a suspension for their participation in the matter.

Part of the "disciplinary action" should involve range-time. Sounds like they couldn't hit a cow in the arse with a banjo.
