Since when does a judge issue a 96 PAGE set of instructions to the jury?

you're ABSOLUTELY right that not Guilty does not = Innocent.

I can't believe that after all this time (10 years) that the DA has been trying to come up with a case against him, that they can't get one single conviction, even on the lesser charges...

can anyone say...OJ SIMPSON?

$$ can buy freedom ....justice might be blind..but it can be purchased....Ill even admit that the Lawyer I have now is slick...has seriously messed over the IRS and some finical companies to my benafit...I paid for it..but the difrence in whatI paid or in this case MJ paid and what was saved shows.

i wonder if any of them people out there cheering that sick f.... on ever had that happen to thier kid? maybe they wouldn't be out there like !!!! fools holding up signs supporting the guy. it's been over a year sense we found out about my son and do you know that the guy is still out walking the street.hell he lives next door to me all we ever hear is that they are waiting for a court date.he has tried to get his statement retracted but i don't think he was able too. the law sucks. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THAT EVER HAS A CHILD THAT GETS RAPED OR MOLESTED IS .DON'T GO TO THE COPS / DON'T REPORT IT OR TALK ABOUT IT TO ANYONE JUST ACT LIKE YOU NEVER KNEW IT HAPPENED . The prosecution was doomed. The mother ticked off the jury, and the prosecutor's timeline didn't fit. Some jurer's admitted they thought Jakko molested other kids, but these charges were specific to this kid - they didn't think he did it. Jakko goes free, on a technicality and the Mother's stupidity.

I have two little girls, 5 and 2 years old and if anyone ever touches them I will make sure they stay alive for at least two weeks. When I'm finished with them, the authorities can do whatever they want with me.

I'm honestly all for public torture I mean...punishment.

Take these guys and put them in the middle of the town square and punish them somehow. Yeah, someone could shoot them or throw something through a fence at them or something like that could endanger their safety, yadda yadda yadda, but the bottom line is NO ONE is taking a stand in this country against the sickness and violence towards innocent children.

Heck, we have REPEAT sex offenders living amongst us. My wife's friend who lives in the same town as us has a REPEAT sex offender for a next door neighbor and there are TONS of kids living in the area.

HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE to ANYONE?

yea i'm doin ok . thanks for askin man! i just been habgin around them satelite forums and utv forums i got me one of them hot boxes and a hpx gator they been keepin me bussy.the gator gets me to my range with ease.kinda sounds funny huh!a cajun ridin a gator in da swamp

. but i still monitor you guys to make sure you don't get out of line.

. i did take a little getaway to petie jean state park in arkansas and lake catherine too they were nice (got my son to do some of the drivin)i stayed up in hot springs it was real nice.
