Post Back to contract Security...

Going to work in a local refinery...this company used to be Pinkerton, but has changed its name.

Start next week sometime...due to it being a refinery, I have to go through a more strigent background check...and a 7 hr training session.
Only starts at $9 an hr but goes up alot better as you are there for awhile...

6a-6p
6p-6a shifts again like at the old place I was...chance for OT...

The woman in the office said she believes its 3 days on...3 days off...etc...will always have different days off depending on the week...
They have 3 truck gates...2 vehicle patrols...a foot patrol...and the command center...hope I get the vehicle patrol...

http://www.securitasgroup.com/

wish me luck yet again...

Now there is a sight, Joe in his undies sitting in a beanbag chair, drinking beam black, with a cigar, his fine literature, and a bag of cheeto's J/K

Fried livers and gizzards - good stuff! Rich though.

Joe, when I worked for Wack-a-nut (Wakenhut Security) at the airport, we did some other places too. Stood in a big store during it's last days once - me from W. and the other security dude from another company - we glared at each other for four hours, checking shopper's bags. BORING.
The City Cemetary wasn't much better - but nice and quiet at night!

The most fun was the dam on Lake Talquin - at night, we'd sweep our flashlights out towards the water - thousands of little red gator eyes staring back at us! Eerie!

Glad you're working again - the Missus likes it when you earn your keep, I imagine . . . :right:
