1st post using my wireless internet... after much time speaking to a not so helpfull foreign techie i figured it out myself... take THAT india! (no joke... whenever i have needed comp help for my laptop or any parts not related, ive been transfered to someone in india who acts like A. im stupid, and b. doesnt solve my problem)

the company formerly known as compaq... we were going to get dell at one point *before the compaq* and hadnt gotten it yet.. we called to buy addons and spent so much time on hold for tech support and that *who we hadnt asked for* and got sent to so many other departments that we said enough of that.. if we actually had a problem its obvious they wouldnt help.. i truthfully dont know of any computer companies that i would go with anymore.. ive heard/had so many problems with most of them
