Gun Show

I went to the gun show in Chantilly Va this weekend with 5 of my friends from work. Picture this. I am 5' 4" 140 lbs. The rest of the guys all tip the scales at over 300lbs and the tallest is 6' 5". and we rode in the Astro minivan. We stopped at the local Wa Wa to get coffee and such on the way up. (its a 90 mile trip one way) The back of the van has a quote from Lady Di, "Double Tap, its not about Dancing". I was driving. The looks we got when we all stepped out of the van was pretty funny. Then when I was acting like the dad when we loaded back up, telling them where to sit and such, we got a few chuckles. We had a pretty good time up there and we were all very happy with our purchases. We stopped at one of the guys house first and he asked if we wanted to shoot his new purchase (a Mossberg Over and Under) Well, duh! His dad called to see what all the noise was about and was prompltly invited over to get into the action. Needless to say he put us all to shame. Dang old farts!! The fun part was when we split up all those crates of ammo. Some of those tins are a pain to open! Tried out the new holsters and made sure all the mags fit what they should too. Its always good to spend time with good friends like that. Now they are talking up Richmonds show as the next trip or maybe Gander Mountain. Anyway, I just thought I would share the day with you. Yall keep your powder dry. :cheer:
