239 for regular and 259 for super --
So guys when do you think the gov is going to step in and put price controls in place -- I know they did in Hawaii already.
These numbers are going to kill the economy. !!!! it's approaching 4 a gallon off field rate for 100ll aircraft fuel -- I am happy to get field rate at 3 gallon

And why is it so high?? ALL THESE FLIPPIN SUV'S SUCKEN GAS :jaw: ....Prices are the result of supply and demand, but if every freakin mommy out there is driving a gas sucking tank..add em all together and you get MASSIVE DEMAND and the poor sob's like me drivin a little honda are seeing a tank of gas cost $30 or more when it used to cost only $12 a week!
Tell your wife to PARK THE FRIGGEN TRUCK, YA DON'T NEED A DAMM 1500 TO GO BUY A GALLON OF MILK AND SOME TOE NAIL POLISH! and maybe gas prices will go down a bit!

they may go down temporarily, but 5 bucks a gallon is not far away. We are at peak and it only goes down hill from here. High gas prices will be the last of our worries.

My roommate joined Gunandgame for the exclusive purpose of playing the arcade games. He went by "Wierdo."
My former girlfriend joined G&G as SexyRedXterra and was a favorite here long after our relationship ended.
My wonderful girlfriend joined as Wolfhuntress, and has since spent far more time shooting than on G&G... which is better than most of us can actually say. http://www.graybeardoutdoors.com/php...php?pic_id=869

2002 F150 Lariat 5.4 V-8, extended cab 4 door with all the bells and whistles and a lead foot. YEEEHAAW!!! I pay for tha stuff I'll put it in what I want!
Regular 2.26
Diesel 2.44
That's what I don't understand. Diesel isn't refined as much as gasoline. Why does it cost more than regular. Used to be cheaper, a lot cheaper.

Rebel that's because the fuel companies know they have us capitive -- they are partly to blame by not pushing out more fuel -- remember they closed a refinery in PRK instead of keeping it open for production.
Oh guys the plane burns 9 gallons per hour of flight

I paid about 8 bucks in gas just to run the generator for the air at the camper last night. That's some spensive A/C. It was just too muggy not to use it though.

Just returned from filling up my SUV at Hy-V here in K.C. Paid $1.45 a gallon (Unleaded Regular) minus a 10 cent discount per gallon that they allowed to customers who bought anything from their food department. Saved about $1.50 from what I would have paid.

Isn't it great we're fighting a war for oil? Invest in oil companies, it will make you some money and offset the high cost you're paying for gas. Oil fuels our economy, the more we pay for gas the more everything costs due to manufacturing and transportation costs. Business' do not lose money they just pass it on to the consumer. I forget the exact point I was trying to make but the high cost for fuel is NOT a reason for the gov'ment to step in and regulate prices. Maybe drive a little less is part of the answer, maybe driving mopre fuel efficient vehicles is part of it but by the same token NOBODY should tell ANYONE what size, or kind, or even color vehicle to drive. This is still the land of the free and the home of liberty. So let you conscience be your guide.
