In PA, the entire citizenry are considered the unorganized militia, and forming any other paramilitary groups is against the law.

PA is pretty much pro-gun, but has laws on use. CCW is shall issue, but only handguns can be carried loaded in public and must be concealed. Long guns must be transported unloaded. Course on private property you can have whatever you want.

not at liberty to discuss it. Still being recallable for military service, i am not allowed to be a part of any other paramilitary organization. But that doesnt mean i cant have a certain agreement with a few close friends, does it?

I once considered joining one but, they said they would be under the control of the government/police/sheriff. Screw that! I assumed, as seemed logical, if this were the case, they also informed the government you were a memeber and shared info with them. Screw that, too. I know the evil government knows all there is to know, or, they can find out if they choose. i'll be darned if I'll give the info to them. Screw that, for sure.

I am not, but if I were, this would not seem like the place to discuss it.

In reference to my post above, I would like to issue this disclaimer...I am not now, nor was I ever a part of any militia or organized defense type group. And you are correct, this is not the place to discuss that type of thing, and suspect most already know that. Also, if the question had been asked by anyone under 10 posts, my answer would have been much different!

I don't need any stinking Ice Cream trucks with sattelite dishes atop them sitting out front of my house, 24/7.........

I doubt the neighborhood kids would begrudge the satellite dish, as long as the ice cream was affordable and fresh. He he, I bet surveillance would be the excuse for agents to run an ice cream business on the side. Make a LEO salary AND profits from Ice cream.

Now you're just being ridiculous; everyone knows that they use electrician vans.

Don't know of any militia around my neck of the woods. I figure there are enough fellow nuts around that we could form one pretty quick. It bothers me knowing OUR government moniters our posts and such.
