anyone else hear this today?

i was at my sisters house today and she came running outside about 10am or so and said on the news she heard them say that a plane full of refugees from new orleans headed to nashville had to be diverted to a differant airport because the people on the flight were getting sick and some had even died. i looked on fox news and even flipped over to msnbc and cnn a couple times to see if they had anything on it and nada...i did hear on cnn a helo went down in new orleans that was on rescue duty.but never heard anything bout that on fox news. anyway,i was just wondering if any of you can confirm the plane story and if ya had any new info on the helo going down? thanks guys!

WW I heard one of the planes headed this way was diverted because one of the passengers somehow slipped a razor blade on board and made a suicide attempt -- I heard it on the local talk radio station.

i herd last night that a little chopper went down, but the 3 people on board walked away.... i also heard a plane was to go to charlestown w.v. and ended up charlestown s.c. or something like that.

thanks for the input guys...i really hope my sister misunderstood the report of the plane. but man! theres no telling what dormant diseases that flood water stirred up. scarey stuff to even think about.

the medical guys, i foget what they are called...oh yeah, cdc, said they were surprised there were no large scale break outs....they did not say of what. :nod:

Don't know what all they're pumping down there, but I did see a video of the fish in Ponchartrain jumping out of the water and on to the shore to get away from the pump backwash going in the lake........Waiting for CNN to blame tha mass fish suicides on Dubyah
