At times I have some problems with Sheriff Arapio's logic and gun-ho approaches.

I think it's bullshizzit! Someone, a good citizen maybe, should pop a cap in his head. They are clearly building a data base and don't give a flip about ident. theft. Where's the ACLU when you really need them?

Wow, sounds like a great guy. Nothing like a power mad sheriff!! Why is this ok but for some reason, we cant force prison inmates to give a DNA sample?
