Sc Driver's License

I got my license the other week and it came with a paper cover to protect it while in your wallet. I was looking at it yesterday and it has spaces for useful medical information followed by a list of 18 conditions. Can you guess what the first one was?

9. Wife's riding along so she uses her back seat driving license.

10. and finally...too old or too young to drive.
